Day 4

Today we continued working on our project and we are almost done, our team is working extremely well and i think that we are doing extremely well. The only problem was that yeasterday i bought materials to make a poster but i forgot to bring them to school so i am going to work on it at home and then by sunday we shud be finished. Hussain is making the model rocket and mahmoud is doing a powerpoint and Basel and Abdullah are working on the wiki. I am doing a poster. So we are working well and today we have a tug of war.

Day 3

Today we continued working on our information and we updated my blog and the wiki. The other people in my group worked on the wiki and i am also working on a thank you letter to the airforce people from my group.We also had a scavenger hunt and my group won. My group is working very well and we are almost done. Now after a while we are going to do a relay race. My team got second in the relay race but we won the scavenger hunt so we did pretty well.

Day 2

Today we had two field trips to different places. One of theese places was the air force, when we were there they showed us a lot of their airplanes and let us watch other jets tatking off. They also let us take pictures with their airplanes and sit in them and they would tell us what everything did and why. They would show us which buttons made the airplane turn left and right, which buttons made the airplane go up and down. They also taught us what the other buttons did like the ones for the machine guns and the ones that fired missles and they taught us which missles were used most of the time to shoot down enemy airplanes. They told us everything about the kinds of airplanes that they had too. They told us what different airplanes were used for what and then they also showed us how many jets they had.They also explained all of the things on the airplanes and helicopters and what they were used for and why. They also told us the top speeds of the airplanes and helicopters and how high they could fly and how many people they could hold.

Day 1

Today we started work on our logo, i think that we did a very good job. Our logo is a picture of the earth with rockets flying away from it. Our group name is Alpha (a for abdullah) Hummus (h for hussain) M. (m for mahmoud) B. (b for basel) and I. (i for isaac) so it was called Alpha Hummus M.B.I. We worked pretty well today but i think that a lot of time was wasted by our teacher because he used very in afficient methods if teaching us and organizing the class. Today we worked on our projects for a while and we also did 2 challenges. The challenges that we did was one of them we had to get a bucket across a gap with a rope and then we needed to get the bucket back with another one. the other challenge was we needed to make as many shapes as we could with one long rope. Then after some good work where we got a lot of work done, we had two more activities. one of theese was they had a big cylinder that we had to fill with water but we also had to block the holes that were inside it. Then the second activity was we had to stand up on a bench in a random order and then he would tell us a special order that we had to stand in a special order about something personal about ourselves. Then we needed to get into that order without talking to anyone and without getting off the bench, than on the second time we did it with some people blindfolded.
